About This Home

Serene oasis on the cusp of Noe Valley and Glen Park. Renovated to the studs in 2015, this two level, two bedroom, two bath home with home office space, and a full ground level of storage and bonus space, is everything. The light filled great room with soaring, vaulted ceilings is punctuated by a wall of windows, and opens with tri-fold glass doors to the cedar deck and lush garden. Open kitchen, dining and living spaces, bathed in natural light, flow together and pull the outside in — the perfect entertaining flow! Professional, eat in kitchen with Carrera marble countertops, stainless Thermador appliances, Ann Sacks tile, custom cabinets, and a breakfast bar with ample seating. The dining space, with floor to ceiling windows, feels like dining al fresco. A spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings, and a full bath with Japanese ceramic tile and Italian marble complete the main level. At the rear of the home, a few steps up, is a private, two level primary suite tower. A home office on the main level opens to a second cedar deck and to the garden. Upstairs, the primary "treehouse" suite — a spacious bedroom lined with windows — offers downtown and eastern views, and a walk-in closet designed by California Closets. Sumptuous primary bath with Ann Sacks tile, Brazilian soapstone, double sink vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Tiled bonus, unwarranted space below the home with laundry, and several areas for storage, hobbies, and more. Freshly painted throughout. Newly refinished warm wood floors. Carport for one car with a remote powered gate entry. New air conditioning mini split system, new wifi controlled heat pump system, Nest camera, smart lights and smart front door lock. From the 2015 renovation: new plumbing, new wood windows, new electrical and new sewer lateral. Best location - walk the scenic Billy Goat Hill trails, walk to Noe Valley Rec for tennis, basketball, and dog park, and to Church Street retail hub for world class shops, cafes and restaurants. Steps to the Apple shuttle and other tech coaches, the J-Church, and flat walk to 24th Street's village. Minutes to Glen Park village, BART, and 101/280. A true urban oasis!

Neighborhood

Just North of 1712 Noe Street, you will find Noe Valley. With Karl the Fog blanketing most of San Francisco, Noe Valley is a sunny exception. This is mostly thanks to the neighborhood’s location below Twin Peaks and Glen Ridge; both of these hills help keep Karl at “bay,” which allows Noe Valley residents to enjoy more sunny days than normal.

If you have been searching for a neighborhood that is both centrally located and commuter-friendly, this park of Glen/Noe is a great place to call home. You can take a short walk to Church Street and catch the Muni J train and be at Google headquarters in 45 minutes or less. Noe Valley is also near several bus lines and major highways, which makes it easy to travel down the street or all the way to Silicon Valley.

Upper Noe Rec Center with its playground, tennis & basketball courts, soccer/baseball field, and dog park is right down the block, as are world class shops, cafes and restaurants in Church Street's retail hub. Church Produce is a great place to keep your fridge and pantry stocked with high-quality organic foods. However, when locals want to enjoy a meal away from home, Toast Eatery, Mitchell's Ice Cream, Pizza Hacker, El Buen Comer and La Ciccia are a few popular hot spots.

Also nearby is 24th Street's amazing shops and restaurants, and Bernal Heights & Glen Park Villages and parks.
